QMS Policy Statement (ISO 9001)

The Board and Top management of MoMoPSB is committed to preserving a defined level of quality and continual improvement of the Banks Quality Management System (ISO 9001). Commitment to the QMS extends also to senior levels of the organization and will be demonstrated through this QMS Policy and the provision of appropriate resources to provide and develop the management systems and associated controls.

Top management will also ensure that a systematic review of the performance of the program is conducted on a regular basis to ensure that objectives are being met and issues are identified through the audit program and management processes.

Top management shall establish a Quality policy that:

  • Is appropriate to the purpose of the organisation through proper alignment of its QMS policies with its strategic corporate objectives.
  • Includes its Quality objectives (ISO 9001:2015; Clause 6.2).
  • Includes a commitment to satisfy applicable requirements related to Quality through management’s periodic reviews and approvals according to plan.
  • Includes a commitment to continual improvement of the Quality management as stated in the policy and; through approvals and review of QMS calendar activity and performance metrics review and action.
  • Ensures all Quality documentations and records are available as documented information with a minimum of 7 years retention plan.
  • Ensures Quality policies are communicated within the organisation through the use of various means i.e. newsletters, shared folders, and awareness presentations.
  • Ensures relevant Quality policies are available to interested parties, as might be appropriate (as evidenced in the distribution list for document control)
