By submitting a proposal or sharing ideas related to new product initiatives, partnerships, or collaborations with MoMo PSB, you acknowledge and agree that the Bank may, at its sole discretion, decide not to pursue or develop the proposed initiative. MoMo PSB does not intend to use, adopt, or implement any idea or proposal submitted unless explicitly agreed upon. The Bank reserves the right to decline any proposal, regardless of its contents, if it is not aligned with the Bank’s current interests or if a similar initiative is already under development or consideration.
