Top management shall therefore establish a Quality policy to ensure that:
- We offer financial services to our customers through proper alignment of our QMS policies with its strategic corporate objectives.
- We offer products and services that comply with the customer’s requirements, as well all applicable regulatory provisions.
- We are committed to adopting the tenets of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Standard success factors to develop quality objectives at the corporate level, while the corporate quality objectives are interpreted and cascaded to all the relevant units and ensure continual review for improvement.
- Reviews and improvements of our processes and levels of service delivery are continually carried out.
- We are committed to satisfying applicable requirements related to Quality management through management’s periodic reviews (i.e. set as a biannual review).
- We show commitment to continual improvement of our QMS through planned reviews, audit exercises, and performance measurement metrics review and action plans.
- Our Quality documentations and records are available as documented information with a minimum of 7 years retention plan.
- Quality policies are communicated within the organisation through the use of various means i.e. newsletters, shared folders, and awareness presentations.
We undertake to ensure that this policy is communicated, understood, implemented, maintained and made available to relevant interested parties as appropriate.
